Famosa engages in actions that promote the integration of employees with disabilities. Famosa also promotes alliances like the one it has set up with the SIFU Group at its headquarters in Alicante.

Famosa has set up a corporate volunteer program to implement its CSR strategy and respond to the interests expressed by its employees during the surveys conducted in 2012 and 2013.
